We can change addresses (or general information) if needed, but we cannot cancel / change specific items in an order.

As a small business, we cannot process any returns or cancellations, unless under extenuating circumstances - since we know some things are out of your control. Please send an email to hello@kreativehaven.com and we can work together to figure out the best thing for both of us!
